With my business, I value your time and understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure that I am able to provide the best service possible to all of my clients, I have implemented a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to another date and time. This is to ensure that I am able to properly accommodate all of my clients and maintain a smooth and efficient schedule. Any retaliation/aggression with me rescheduling the appointment will result in an immediate ban. I will not be forced to service you if you passed my grace period. You have to be at my door within the grace period. I kindly ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive the full amount of time allotted for your service. When you make an appointment, it is important to make every effort to attend it. You have a 24 hour window before your appointment date to cancel or reschedule. “No call no show” will be charged 95% of the schedule service and will be banned from booking with me again. This fee is meant to compensate my business for the missed opportunity to serve other clients during the time that was reserved for you. If you have missed an appointment and have been charged a no call no show fee, it is important to understand the business's policy and take responsibility for your actions. Be sure to communicate any changes in your schedule as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees or inconvenience. By booking an appointment, you have agreed to the terms pertaining to my policy.
